In any case if you receive  damaged or incorrect items they may be exchanged only in the matter that they were unused. In order to receive an exchange please be sure to contact us within 7days.

All our diamond-li-ous products are made by order, with that being said shipping time varies from 5-7 business days. (we know you cant wait to get your hands on our bath goodies so we will ship them in a timely manner)
